Scripture Authority Claim Audit

Read 2 Timothy 3:14-17 and 2 Peter 1:19-21.

For each claim, record:

1. Direct textual support
2. Wider canonical support
3. Questions the passage does not settle by itself
4. Confidence and prohibited overstatement

Claims to audit:

• Scripture is God-breathed.
• Prophecy was not produced merely by human will.
• The curriculum uses a 66-book canon.
• Every interpretation offered by a sincere Christian is equally sound.
• Ancient noncanonical sources may provide historical context without establishing doctrine.
