Objective: Children say that God judged evil and promised rescue.

Read: Genesis 3:14-15; Romans 16:20

Opening: Show a knotted cord and ask: When something is badly tangled, does that mean it can never be put right?

Say:

God did not pretend the rebellion did not matter.
God judged the serpent and announced that the serpent would be defeated.
The Bible’s rescue story begins here and grows clearer over time.
Christians see this hope fulfilled through Jesus, but Genesis 3:15 is only the beginning of the explanation.

Ask:
