Opening: Ask: How can the word house mean both a building and a family line?

Say:

David wanted to build a house for God, but God promised to build David's house or dynasty.
The promise includes offspring, kingdom, throne, father-son relationship, and discipline.
Later kings failed and the monarchy collapsed, but the promise continued to shape hope.
Luke applies Davidic throne language to Jesus, and Christians understand Him as the enduring King.
